SorareData Points 2024 • Volume 1
We saw seismic changes to the Sorare platform in early 2024, which obviously led to significant enhancements and improvements across myriad features on SorareData. There is still plenty of work to do, as we remain committed to providing all managers with the necessary tools to compete in the new landscape.
🛠️ Our lineup builder is our most popular product, and it continues to evolve, as we recently added all of the new competitions, including the ability to build multiple lineups, as well as allowing members to see their lineup strength scores within our mobile app. We’ve also made it easier to see which of your cards are considered “in-season” for competitions that require them.
📋We’ve also made it easier to follow your league track, including the ability to sort the lineups in the same way they are displayed on Sorare. Simplifying the lineup-building process is our major focus, so we’ve added new icons to make it easier to see which competitions you’ve built.
🔭Being able to build your lineups weeks in advance is also a priority, and all SorareData Star members now have the ability to see announced Special Weekly competitions well before they appear on Sorare. Additionally, members can also build lineups for “one-off” type competitions such as the MLS, K-League and J-League specials.
🅰️️🅰️️🅰️️ The lineup builder, and suggested lineups within it, now include improved pick scores thanks to better lineup projections, and more accurately reflecting potential scores in capped mode competitions (instead of just scores compared to L15 costs).
🔮 And speaking of lineup projections, we now put a greater emphasis on our top projectors’ picks, which improves the confidence ratings for whether a player is expected to be in the starting XI, on the bench or out of the squad. 🆕 Sorare’s new competitions are also included in our Live market page (for both primary and secondary), our Player rankings, Pick scores, Matchups tab, gallery and player/card finder.
🎁 Additionally, we’ve added Boxes to our rewards page, allowing any SorareData member to see exactly what was rewarded in boxes each gameweek.
📱 Our mobile app saw significant enhancements, including a new Game week center and live experience, multi-entry in the Lineup builder, new player page designs, new market filters, the addition of Impact players and Matchups for future game weeks, and full rewards data for past ones. New-season cards are also highlighted in the Lineup builder, making it easier than ever to build lineups for in-season competitions.
⚽️ We also redesigned our player pages, making it easier than ever to see price differences between classic and new-season cards. Additionally, we now include even more value details, allowing members to see card prices over multiple time frames, and for different card seasons. And if you’re looking at a player who has cards with multiple positions, you can now filter our price graphs to only see a specific position (for example: Forian Wirtz forward cards only).
7️⃣ We also had a bit of fun with Sorare Sevens, scoring the final of the competition based on the Sorare matrix, and creating a full match page, allowing users to see each player’s individual scores.
🤝As mentioned earlier, we are completely committed to building a platform that helps all Sorare managers, no matter the number of lineups they submit or size of their gallery. Our to-do list is quite long, and we are extremely excited to announce more enhancements and improvements soon.
